We work with our clients to ensure we have a full understanding of their business and their goals and objectives. If a platform solution is being considered then we carry out an Infrastructure review and produce a Statement of Requirements for review and agreement.
An appropriate team is put together to carry-out the work. The Assignment Plan shows timescales, key milestones and review points, and the Contract forms the agreement between Fildean its clients.
Working with your key people we put together a Learning Design. This defines all the components of the solution and details how it will operate. We include an Implementation and Support Plan and define Measures of Success.
We develop the learning solution components with each being assessed and agreed prior to going into build. All components are quality assured and tested to make sure they meet stated requirements.
Solutions are 'rolled-out' to all users, managers and administrators. Where appropriate training is given and support documentation put in place.
Support is provided according to the Contract. Reports are provided on usage, downtime and issues for resolution. Platform performance is monitored to assess whether capacity is still sufficient.
